| I ordered this teapot for its clear glass and shut off infuser. It was sold as a 34oz pot and was actually 27 oz. I wanted this but felt it is truly false advertising. I called customer service of Bonjour who gave very little satisfaction since they couldn't explain how the model number was the same for 2 sized pots and they now claim they don't make a 34 oz pot. They said they will look into this and they failed to return my call. I believe the pot should be less money than the sale price since it is smaller than advertised. In all internet websites it is described as 34 oz. Otherwise, the pot is a nice teapot. |

| I liked the look but I only used it 3 times before the plunger came off in my hand. The leaves are hard to get out of the infuser after you smash them down in there... Bought a Bormoilio Rocco glass teapot with glass infuser and I love the new one. |
