Fill the fine-mesh stainless-steel infuser with loose tea (1 teaspoon per cup plus 1 teaspoon for the pot), plunge it into water that's just reached the boiling point (don't boil out the water's oxygen, which is crucial for full flavor), and cover the infuser with the chrome-plated stainless-steel lid.
